Hibiscus Rose Fruit Punch

Ingredients

Ayurda Hibiscus Rose Tea – 3 cups (brewed and cooled)

Pineapple (fresh, diced) – 1/2 cup

Watermelon or Peach (cubed) – 1 cup

Pomegranate seeds – 1/2 cup

Mint leaves – a handful (optional, for garnish)

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Coconut water – 1 cup (optional, for extra hydration)

Raw honey or jaggery syrup – 1 tbsp (optional, for sweetness)

Method

  1. Brew the Tea - Steep hibiscus, rose, and cardamom tea in hot water for 5–7 minutes.

Strain and cool it completely.

  1. Prepare the Fruits - Dice pineapple and cube watermelon or peach into small pieces.

Reserve some for garnish if desired.

  1. Mix the Punch - In a large pitcher/bowl, combine the cooled tea, pineapple,

watermelon, pomegranate seeds, and coconut water ( Optional)

  1. Add Lemon Juice and Sweetener - Stir in the lemon juice. Add raw honey or jaggery

if extra sweetness is desired.

  1. Serve - Garnish with mint. Serve immediately in glasses.
