Ayurvedic Massage & Therapies
Tight shoulders. Broken sleep. Stress that stays with you through the evening. Ayurvedic massage uses warm herbal oils and slow, deliberate touch to help body and mind settle. Choose from full-body treatments, focused massages for the head, back or legs, and longer combinations.

More Than Massage: The Ayurvedic Approach
In Ayurveda, massage has never been only about tired muscles. It's part of a regular rhythm of care for body and mind, which is why it's traditionally done often, not just when something hurts, and why each session leaves you feeling rejuvenated.
Most treatments use warm herbal oils, traditional preparations made by infusing herbs and natural medicines into the oil. Your therapist selects the oil for what your body needs.
Abhyanga, the foundational full-body massage, is built around marma points: specific points Ayurveda describes as places where tension settles. Other therapies have their own methods. Shanti adds Shirodhara, a steady stream of warm oil poured across the forehead. Vishuddhi uses warm herbal pouches, and Gharshana is worked with dry herbal powder instead of oil.
At Ayurda, these therapies have been part of our everyday practice for 30 years.
