Wellness Centre Guidelines

Our ultimate aim is to provide you with an unforgettable and relaxing experience.


We would like to maximise your visit and enjoy the services on offer. In consideration of other guests we request you to turn your cell phone off/silent mode while in the Spa.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to relax and fill the consultation form. Treatment times also include a verbal consultation with your therapist.



Arriving late

Your late arrival may compromise the full length of your treatment. Plan your "time-out" carefully, as all treatments conclude at the scheduled time.



Clothing

Due to the generous usage of oil in Ayurvedic treatments we advise that you bring a change of old clothes or wear something you do not mind getting oil on.



Special Requests

Please advise our staff if you are pregnant or under any medical treatment or if you would simply like us to customise a package to suit your needs.



Alcohol and Smoking

We highly recommend that you do not consume alcohol before and after the treatment as it will undermine the therapeutic value of the treatment.



Parking

There is some off-street parking located behind the premises. Driveway is to the left side of the building.



Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hrs notice for any cancellations without incurring a charge. Without this notification you will be charged 50% of your service price. Confirmation of appointments is agreement of our cancellation policy.



Voucher Bookings

Please quote your voucher number when booking an appointment. Any two hours or longer treatment requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Please present the voucher at the reception when you arrive at the Spa for your treatment.


TERMS & POLICIES

Please read our Gift Card policies carefully so you are clear on our Gift Card terms & conditions and make the best of this gift to you.


Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstance. If you can not use our gift cards, we recommend you pass it on to someone who can use it.



  • All Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.


  • We require 24 hours’ cancellation notice if you have made a booking using your Gift Card with us. Less than 24 hours’ notice – will result in 50% redemption of Gift Card total. No show for your booked appointment – Will result in full value of voucher redeemed.


  • Please think ahead for scheduling your booking as we may not be able to accommodate the day or time your request – especially when it is days away from your Gift Card expiring.


  • Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If this is the case unfortunately you have lost that privilege.


  • We respect your time and consideration and ask that you respect our Gift Card conditions.
