*Monetary value vouchers can be used to book treatments online, but cannot be used online to purchase products, however they can be used instore at Parnell to book treatments and purchase products. All vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Send a physical gift voucher
Each voucher pack is beautifully presented, prepared and handwritten with your personal note, then sent via courier directly to you or the recipient. The recipient can redeem the voucher for the specified treatment or apply the equivalent value to enjoy any of our other treatments or services.
Simply view any treatment you wish to gift and select the 'BUY AS A GIFT' button.
Please note: All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Digital gift voucher are sent instantly or on another day of your choosing
E-Vouchers may be redeemed when booking spa treatments from our online store, or used for services and products when in store at our Parnell location. If you choose to send the voucher at a later date, it will be sent at 9am on the date you have selected.
Please note: that all Electronic gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
E-vouchers cannot be redeemed for product on the online store, but they can be used for services, and they can be used in-store at our Parnell location for both Products and Services.

Please read our voucher policies carefully so you are clear on our voucher terms & conditions and make the best of this gift to you.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstance. If you can not use our gift voucher, we recommend you pass it on to someone who can use it.
- We require 24 hours’ cancellation notice if you have made a booking using your voucher with us. Less than 24 hours’ notice – will result in 50% redemption of voucher total. No show for your booked appointment – Will result in full value of voucher redeemed.
- Please think ahead for scheduling your booking as we may not be able to accommodate the day or time your request – especially when it is days away from your voucher expiring.
- Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If this is the case unfortunately you have lost that privilege.
- We respect your time and consideration and ask that you respect our voucher conditions.
