Ingredients (1 Serving):
- 1 cup milk (preferably whole-fat organic cow’s milk, or homemade almond milk if preferred)

- 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder (warming, digestive support)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (adds a sweet, comforting flavour)
- 1/2 tsp ghee (nourishing, promotes digestion and sleep)
- 1 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness)
- Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
Instructions:
1. Heat the milk gently in a small saucepan.
2. Add the turmeric, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, and stir to blend.
3. Let the mixture simmer for 3-5 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the ghee and stir until well combined.
5. Remove from heat and add honey (if using).
6. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
