Use as a targeted oil for sore, stiff, or overworked areas – and let it stay on.
1. Warm the oil well
Stand the bottle in a cup or bowl of hot water until the oil is pleasantly warm. Warmth helps it penetrate more deeply into muscles and joints.
2. Apply to the affected area
Pour a small amount into your palm and massage directly over the painful or tight area (for example, lower back, neck, shoulders, hips, knees or ankles). Use firm but comfortable strokes and small circular movements around the joints.
3. Work into deep tension points
Spend extra time on knots, bands of tension and areas that feel chronically sore or restricted. Add a little more oil if the skin absorbs it quickly.
4. Allow it to penetrate
Leave the oil on the skin and let it absorb fully. You can cover the area with a light cotton cloth or an old T-shirt to protect clothing or bedding, and optionally apply gentle heat (such as a warm wheat bag or hot water bottle) for 10–15 minutes to enhance absorption.
5. Wipe, don’t wash (if needed)
If there is excess oil, wipe off the surface with a warm, damp cloth. There is no need to shower it off unless you prefer to. Use older towels or clothing, as the oil can stain fabrics.
How often?
Use once or twice daily on problem areas, or as recommended by your practitioner, for ongoing support rather than just occasional use.
Note
For external use only. Contains medicated oil and camphor; avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and broken or irritated skin.
