You’re absolutely right in observing the difference in texture. Our recent batches of Arjuna Chaal are now finely ground as part of our transition to certified organic herbs, which offer higher purity and quality. This was done to allow easier absorption when used in teas or decoctions. While the texture has changed, the therapeutic properties remain the same, and we appreciate you letting us know your preference for the coarser version.
Regarding the price, we understand your concern. Moving to organic ingredients and more sustainable practices has impacted shipping and production costs, and we’ve done our best to reflect these changes while continuing to provide high-quality wellness products.
