Our traditional therapeutic full body massage uses warm, herbally medicated oil. It focuses on the marma-points of your body, similar to the acupressure and acupuncture points. Our skilled therapists help to release blocked, stagnant energy, while relieving muscle tension, stress, and stimulating your lymphatic system to promote detoxification. This release of stagnant energy can also help to counter fatigue. This is the Ayurvedic equivalent to a deep tissue and lymphatic drainage massage. 

The primary aim of this massage is to flush out toxins that accumulate in our bodies due to the stress of everyday living, improper diet, negative emotions which can drain us both physically and mentally. Your experienced therapist will use warm medicated oil and specific strokes relevant to your body's constitution.
