This set of 3 treatments has been curated to help you give yourself and your body the rejuvenation it needs so you can move through life with ease and comfort, while also improving your skin health and complexion.

What's included?

• Therapeutic Abhyanga marma point massage to detoxify the body and soothe muscle aches and pains

• Tridosha massage - harmonise your body's energies, soothing fatigue and enhancing your physical endurance. Promotes improved circulation and provides lymphatic support, aiding in the removal of toxins (this treatment must be booked on a seperate day from the first Abhyanga treatment - can be as early as 1-2 days. We recommend at least one week apart)

• Ends with a balancing facial tailored to your skin type using our natural, Ayurvedic skincare range and marma point facial massage.



It is recommended to book treatments within 5 to 10 days of each other to achieve the greatest therapeutic benefits.
