What it is

A nourishing daily moisturiser made to comfort skin that feels dry, sensitive, or run-down. With Rose and Lotus at its heart, it delivers instant hydration while helping skin look softer, calmer, and naturally radiant - without heaviness.

Who it is for

• Normal to dry skin needing comfort and replenishment
• Skin that feels congested, dull& dehydrated, or early fine lines
• Especially supportive for Vata and Kapha skin types (Ayurvedic lens)

Why it works

When skin is under stress, it often shows up as tightness, dullness, sensitivity, or that “nothing feels enough” dryness. This formula supports skin on two levels, comfort now and resilience over time. Rose helps soften and calm the look of redness. Lotus supports hydration and a refined, fresh feel. Amalaki (Indian Gooseberry), naturally rich in Vitamin C, supports elasticity and a brighter-looking tone. Kewra helps lift away the day, while Vetiver and Haritaki support skin that needs steady renewal. The result: skin that feels replenished, balanced, and quietly glowing.

Key Benefits

Created for skin that feels dry yet heavy or “sluggish” - when you want lasting hydration and a fresher, more awake look, without a greasy finish. With regular use, you may notice:

• Lasting hydration and a more cushioned, comfortable feel
• Skin looks calmer when it’s feeling tight, reactive, or easily stressed
• Fine lines look softer as skin feels more supple
• A dewy, refreshed glow that still feels breathable
• Crafted from 100% natural ingredients, no nasties

The story behind this

Some moisturisers hydrate, but the skin still doesn’t look alive. You apply them, and the surface may feel softer… yet an hour later your face can look the same: a little dull, a little heavy, like the glow never quite arrives. This is the kind of skin that isn’t asking for more shine or more “active” correction. It’s asking for comfort and lift at the same time, nourishment that restores softness, and balance that brings back freshness.
This formula was created for that Vata–Kapha pattern: dryness with a tendency to feel weighed down or flat. In Ayurveda, the first step is to rebuild the skin’s integrity so the skin can hold moisture properly and regain its natural clarity. Rose and Lotus sit at the heart of this moisturiser for that reason: softness, refinement, and calm radiance without heaviness. The result is daily care that doesn’t force glow, it supports your skin back into rhythm, until it looks smoother, feels more comfortable, and starts to look quietly luminous again.

Skincare that understands how your skin actually behaves.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Ayurveda is the ancient healthcare system of India. It is a Sanskrit word - Ayur means 'life' or 'daily living' and Veda means 'science'. Ayurveda then is the name given to the scientific study of life, based on the eternal principle that everyone should live in a healthy & balanced state.

The ingredients used in Ayurda products are 'Wild Crafted' in the Himalayas. A harvesting technique is used where the fruit or plant part is gathered from its natural wild habitat and handpicked according to ancient techniques.

Wild Crafted is usually organic but not certified, normally because there is no certifying agency in the area where it is grown. Wild Crafted herbs are grown wild, without the use of fertilizers or pesticides. They are grown naturally in areas where the plants are native to the region.

Yes. Ayurda products are manufactured in GMP (Goods and Manufacturing Practice) registered companies. This is an internationally recognized standard for quality assurance and ethical production. These established companies (one hundred years old) are leaders in the field of Ayurveda with highly trained Ayurvedic doctors and pharmacologists working hard to produce high quality, result orientated products. We have used Palm kernel oil in some of our products which is sourced from sustainable and ethical plantations. No animal habitat is disturbed or harmed.

Yes. Ayurda products are made in India and the natural ingredients remain stable in any natural environment.

Yes! we understand emulsifiers are needed but we only use the best and the safest. To make a cream or lotion, it is necessary to use an Emulsifier. The best ones are derived from coconut or palm kernel oil. They are safe to work with and are even used in the food industry, often used as emulsifiers in the production of vegan ice creams. Unfortunately for vegans and vegetarians, most commercially used Emulsifiers which are not vegetable based are produced from pig fats, which will be absorbed from these cosmetics. Our palm kernel oils are ethically sourced and come from sustainable or fair trade plantations and no animal habitat has been harmed.

No. We use Areetha, Shikakai and the Indian Soap Nut as natural foaming agents.

Toners are an important part of your skin care regime. They help to balance the skin and also work as a transporter for whatever is applied over the top e.g. your moisturiser will be able to penetrate the superficial layer of the skin and work at a deeper level. Ayurda toners contain natural fragrances of flower and herb extracts that help calm the nerves and induce relaxation. They are easy to use and are applied in a spray mist.

When using products containing essential oils, reactivity is more likely to happen as the essences are concentrated. With Ayurda, there are no extracted essences. Instead the raw herbs are used in the production process so they are not as volatile and the skin absorbs them more gently and less reactively.

Ayurda products contain natural preservatives such as oils, beeswax, carrot seed extract and grapefruit seed extract.

Yes. The range has been developed by Dr.Ajit and Rippan Sandhu. Ayurda is the only Ayurvedic range in Australasia backed by a qualified Ayurvedic Doctor.
