Shipping within Australia
Ayurda Australia delivers orders within Australia using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping
Complimentary standard shipping is available on Australian orders of AUD $150 or more. The standard shipping charge for orders under AUD $150 is still to be confirmed.

Express Post
Australia Post Express Post is available as a paid shipping option. The applicable charge will be shown at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed from the next business day. During particularly busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, Australia Post advises that Parcel Post generally takes 2–6+ business days and Express Post generally takes 1–3+ business days. Delivery times vary depending on the lodgement and destination points and may take longer for some regional or remote locations. These are Australia Post estimates from dispatch, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided to the email address supplied with your order.

Delivery Addresses
Ayurda Australia delivers to residential and business street addresses, as well as Australia Post PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, subject to Australia Post addressing and service requirements. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details when placing an order.

Authority to Leave
Where an Authority to Leave option or delivery instruction is available, customers are responsible for selecting or providing their preferred delivery instructions.

Delayed or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact Ayurda Australia at australia@ayurda.com with your order number. We will investigate the delivery with Australia Post and assist with the appropriate next steps.
