What it is

A gentle daily cleanser that goes beyond washing away makeup and impurities. Nourishing Cleanser removes dead skin cells while protecting the skin’s natural oils, so your complexion feels soft, refreshed, and balanced, never tight or stripped.

Who it is for

• All skin types
• Especially supportive for Vata and Kapha (Ayurvedic principles)
• Ideal for women who wear makeup daily or want a cleanser that soothes as it purifies
• Suitable for skin that feels tired, dull, or easily stressed

Key Benefits

Created for women who want a cleanser that truly cleans without the “squeaky” tight feeling after. With regular use, you may notice:

• Deep cleansing without stripping natural oils
• Makeup, sunscreen, and daily build-up lift away more easily
• Skin feels softer and more comfortable after rinsing
• A clearer-looking complexion over time, with less visible congestion
• 100% natural, free from artificial fragrance

Why it works

Harsh cleansers can leave skin feeling tight, unsettled, or flat. This formula works differently: it cleans thoroughly while supporting the skin barrier. Hingot (Kachoor) helps brighten and refresh the look of tone, Turmeric supports natural resilience, and Neem helps purify without drying. Coconut and Hibiscus add comfort, while Manjistha supports a clearer-looking finish. The result is skin that feels clean, calm, and cared for after every cleanse.

Ingredient Spotlight

Hingot (Hedychium spicatum) - Traditionally used in Ayurvedic skin care for its freshening, brightening quality. It helps lift the look of dullness so the complexion feels clearer and more awake after cleansing.

Neem (Azadirachta indica) - A classic Ayurvedic purifier, valued for supporting clear-looking skin without harsh stripping. It helps keep the skin feeling balanced, especially when congestion or breakouts are a concern.

Turmeric (Haridra) - Revered for supporting resilience and clarity. It helps calm the look of unevenness and supports a radiant, healthy-looking finish over time.

How to Use

Massage a small amount onto damp face and neck using gentle circular movements, focusing on areas with makeup or congestion. Rinse with lukewarm water or remove with a damp, soft face cloth. Use morning and evening, then follow with toner and moisturiser.

Cocos nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Cera alba (Beeswax), Piper longum (Long Pepper) Extract, Hedychium spicatum (Hingot Kachoor) Extract, Azadirachta indica (Neem) Seed Oil, Citrus limon (Lemon) Extract, Rubia cordifolia (Manjistha) Root Extract, Curcuma longa (Turmeric) Root Extract, Acacia arabica (Acacia) Extract, Hibiscus rosa-sinensis (Hibiscus) Flower Extract, Soda Bidoras, Crocus sativus (Saffron) Extract, Glycine soja (Soy) Lactus, Glycerin (Plant-based).

Key Functional Ingredients

Hingot - Balanites aegyptiaca

Hingot, scientifically known as Balanites aegyptiaca, is an anti-wrinkle agent with astringent properties. It acts as an antiseptic, removing impurities and tightening skin tissue.

Turmeric - Curcuma longa

The story behind this

“Most women don’t struggle with 'dirty' skin. They struggle with skin that feels tight after cleansing, becomes oily by midday, looks dull when tired, or feels unsettled when life gets busy.

Modern cleansers often treat skin as something to strip and reset each day. Ayurveda has always understood something different: skin responds to how we live, and the surface reflects that rhythm. That’s why this cleanser was created to work with your skin, not against it.

It cleans thoroughly, but never aggressively. It removes what your skin no longer needs, while protecting what keeps it calm, balanced, and comfortable. The result isn’t just clean skin, it’s skin that feels respected, steady, and quietly refreshed after every wash.

Ayurveda, practiced as intelligent skincare.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Ayurveda is the ancient healthcare system of India. It is a Sanskrit word - Ayur means 'life' or 'daily living' and Veda means 'science'. Ayurveda then is the name given to the scientific study of life, based on the eternal principle that everyone should live in a healthy & balanced state.

The ingredients used in Ayurda products are 'Wild Crafted' in the Himalayas. A harvesting technique is used where the fruit or plant part is gathered from its natural wild habitat and handpicked according to ancient techniques.

Wild Crafted is usually organic but not certified, normally because there is no certifying agency in the area where it is grown. Wild Crafted herbs are grown wild, without the use of fertilizers or pesticides. They are grown naturally in areas where the plants are native to the region.

Yes. Ayurda products are manufactured in GMP (Goods and Manufacturing Practice) registered companies. This is an internationally recognized standard for quality assurance and ethical production. These established companies (one hundred years old) are leaders in the field of Ayurveda with highly trained Ayurvedic doctors and pharmacologists working hard to produce high quality, result orientated products. We have used Palm kernel oil in some of our products which is sourced from sustainable and ethical plantations. No animal habitat is disturbed or harmed.

Yes. Ayurda products are made in India and the natural ingredients remain stable in any natural environment.

Yes! we understand emulsifiers are needed but we only use the best and the safest. To make a cream or lotion, it is necessary to use an Emulsifier. The best ones are derived from coconut or palm kernel oil. They are safe to work with and are even used in the food industry, often used as emulsifiers in the production of vegan ice creams. Unfortunately for vegans and vegetarians, most commercially used Emulsifiers which are not vegetable based are produced from pig fats, which will be absorbed from these cosmetics. Our palm kernel oils are ethically sourced and come from sustainable or fair trade plantations and no animal habitat has been harmed.

No. We use Areetha, Shikakai and the Indian Soap Nut as natural foaming agents.

Toners are an important part of your skin care regime. They help to balance the skin and also work as a transporter for whatever is applied over the top e.g. your moisturiser will be able to penetrate the superficial layer of the skin and work at a deeper level. Ayurda toners contain natural fragrances of flower and herb extracts that help calm the nerves and induce relaxation. They are easy to use and are applied in a spray mist.

When using products containing essential oils, reactivity is more likely to happen as the essences are concentrated. With Ayurda, there are no extracted essences. Instead the raw herbs are used in the production process so they are not as volatile and the skin absorbs them more gently and less reactively.

Ayurda products contain natural preservatives such as oils, beeswax, carrot seed extract and grapefruit seed extract.

Yes. The range has been developed by Dr.Ajit and Rippan Sandhu. Ayurda is the only Ayurvedic range in Australasia backed by a qualified Ayurvedic Doctor.

The shelf life is 12 months after opening, but can last anywhere up to 24 months.
