Re-hydrating your skin – the Ayurveda Way



It’s that time of year when the cool, windy air blows and it’s hard to keep our skin beautiful and soft. When it’s cold outside, our skin is dry and no matter what we do it’s hard to keep it hydrated.

Let’s accept it. Winter has a bad reputation. Apart from chilly wind and cold weather, it terribly messes up with our skin too. You may notice that your skin is losing the natural luster and overall perhaps you may be feeling anxious and restless at times.
