Ear drops

$15 | 10ml
Modern life overstimulates the head screens, earbuds, cold wind, late nights, and nervous tension. Ayurveda has long recommended a simple weekly ritual: warm ear oiling (Karna Purana). Ayurda Ear Drops are a traditional warming herbal oil designed to soothe dry, uncomfortable ears and support that calm, settled feeling that comes when the senses are cared for.

Who it is for

• People with dry, itchy, uncomfortable ears, especially in cold, windy, or heater-heavy seasons.
• Anyone who uses earbuds/headphones often and wants a nourishing weekly ritual.
• Those who feel a “blocked” or waxy heaviness and want gentle traditional support.
• Anyone who loves small rituals that bring the whole system into calmer balance.

How it helps

These drops are hand-made by Dr Ajit using a traditional warming herb blend including Asafoetida, Garlic, Ajwain, Ginger, and Fenugreek - ingredients Ayurveda has used for centuries to support comfort in the ear area. Used warm, the oil helps soothe dryness, relax the ear canal, and soften the feeling of “stuck” heaviness.

Ayurveda treats ear oiling as maintenance - not a “fix.” When the senses are overworked, the whole system can feel more reactive. A few warm drops once a week is like oiling a hinge: small effort, surprisingly supportive over time.

What you’ll notice (with regular use)
• Helps soothe dryness and itchiness in the ear canal.
• Supports ear comfort when ears feel sensitive, strained, or windy-season reactive.
• Helps soften the feeling of wax build-up and blocked heaviness.

How to use

Warm before use (must-do) - Place the closed bottle in a mug of hot water for 2–3 minutes until body-warm (never hot).

Step-by-step
1). Lie down with one ear facing up (or sit and tilt your head).
2). Add 1–2 drops into the ear opening. Stay in position for 1–2 minutes.
3). Place a tiny piece of cotton wool at the ear opening (do not push it deep). This helps stop the oil from dripping while it settles.
4). Repeat for the other ear.
5). Remove the cotton, wipe away any excess oil, and discard the cotton once the oil has settled.

Best routine
Once weekly as a maintenance ritual (or 1–2 times weekly in dry/windy seasons) and avoid doing this right before going out.

Supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet. They are used to support the body during times of extra demand, stress, or when additional balance is needed.

Yes, certain Ayurvedic herbs like Ashwagandha, Shatavari, and Brahmi are traditionally used to support hormonal balance, stress response, and overall well-being in women.
