Each capsule contains:

Terminalia arjuna ext. dry conc. 200 mg (from dry stem bark 2 g)

How to use

Arjuna - Terminalia arjuna

Arjuna is renowned for its antioxidant and cardiotonic properties, which aid in managing high blood pressure and tachycardia. In Ayurveda, Arjuna possesses energetics with an astringent taste, a cold potency, and a pungent post-digestive effect (PDE). It also helps to balance both Kapha and Pitta.

Garlic - Allium sativum

Garlic is known for its anti-ageing properties, as well as its ability to boost immunity and help with respiratory issues. It’s also a good cardiac tonic, aids digestion, and helps neutralise and eliminate toxins (Ama) from the body. In Ayurveda, garlic has energetics that are pungent, bitter, salty, and sweet, hot in potency, and has a pungent post-digestive effect. It also has oily, sharp, and hot qualities, helping to balance both Vata and Kapha.

Brahmi - Bacopa monnieri

Brahmi is known for its prime action on the nervous system and is useful in managing stress, anxiety, helping with memory difficulties and is good for heart health. In Ayurveda, brahmi has energetics which are bitter, hot in potency, with a pungent post-digestive affect, and it balances both Kapha and Vata. Active constituents include Brahmine and various saponins.

Punarnava - Boerhavia diffusa

Punarnava is beneficial for liver disorders, swelling, oedema, and kidney disorders. It is also a very good diuretic. In Ayurveda, Punarnava has energetics that are sweet, bitter, and astringent in taste, is hot in potency, has a pungent post-digestive effect (PDE), and balances both Kapha and Vata.
