Key Functional Ingredients

Gokshura - Tribulus terrestris

Gokshura, renowned for its rejuvenative qualities, is considered an aphrodisiac and beneficial for building body strength. It also possesses diuretic and lithotriptic properties, aiding in heart and gut health. In Ayurveda, Gokshura is energising, with a sweet taste, cold potency, and a sweet post-digestive effect (PDE). It has heavy and oily qualities, helping to balance all three doshas.

Punarnava - Boerhavia diffusa

Punarnava is beneficial for liver disorders, swelling, oedema, and kidney disorders. It is also a very good diuretic. In Ayurveda, Punarnava has energetics that are sweet, bitter, and astringent in taste, is hot in potency, has a pungent post-digestive effect (PDE), and balances both Kapha and Vata.
