How to use

1.5g mixed with honey, followed by warm water. Take twice a day, or as directed by your practitioner.

Additionally Aloe vera also has anti-ageing properties, acts as a rejuvenator, is very effective for treating gut related issues, helps to manage liver and spleen enlargement, helps treat diverticulitis, lymphadenitis and tumours. In Ayurveda, Aloe vera has energetics which are bitter in taste, is cold in potency, has a pungent post-digestive effect (PDE), and has heavy sticky and oily qualities, all helping to balance Vata, Pitta and Kapha doshas.
